CIRCLE RESEARCH, INC.
(FCR) specializes in
applying radiation-hardening technology developed by the military to commercial
space uses.
Identify military technology capable of addressing the problem.
Perform needed R&D to convert technology.
Form technology alliances to facilitate the transition from technology to the marketplace.
Updated RAD-PAK
technology under AFRL contract
Invented and demonstrated
Rad-hard CCDs under DTRA
contract
FCR has also developed the following:
Rad-hard 16b PVR for BMDO/DTRA
PVR which will use corrosion
resistant plastic packaging
Process for suppressing SEL in
COTS
ICs
RH-TCAD for CCDs for
BMDO/DTRA:
| FCR's patented rad-hard P-channel CCD is a candidate for star tracker for AF's Space Based Infrared Surveillance System. | FCR is developing RH-TCAD techniques to simulate effects of displacement damage on CTE and dark current of P-ch CCDs. | RH-TCAD will permit determining degradation of star tracker performance due to radiation, substantially reducing redesign, fabrication, and testing costs. |
FCR is located in Redondo Beach, California.
